However, the manufacturing process of the round corner is very difficult. First, it is very difficult to determine the size of the round corner. Second, it is necessary to consider the different colors of the front and rear fabrics. Third, the waterproof zipper needs to be sewn with two pieces of X-PAC VX21 fabric which is tough. Fourth, it need to be inside hemming to improve seam and edge integrity and structure. The above four points all bring great challenges to producers.
