This time, unlike KUMPEL, Yamamoto san adopted a compression cord at the bottom as a major feature. This compression section was provided and the following functions were added.
1: volume compression
By pulling the compression cords from both sides to make a compact shape. If there are less items stored in the main compartment, the items inside will easily sway, and the bag itself will also sway. However, by performing this compression, you can fix the main storage by tightening from the bottom to the top.
2: External storage
Due to the smaller capacity, the storage capacity has decreased by about 1 L, but by using the compression cord well, you can attach umbrella, plastic bottle or rain jacket and etc. at the bottom of the YM Shoulder -Minimal-.
3: Shoulder belt
The shoulder belt is made of PP tape with a width of 25 mm and has a double adjuster. You can use it regardless of whether you hang it on the left or right side. The adjuster parts are also reinforced with nylon 100D. Since it is equipped with double adjusters, you can wrap it around your waist and use it like a waist pouch.
4: Comfy for steep climbing
In certain extent, YM Shoulder -Minimal- is a more friendly companion during mountaineering. Especially in the steep climbing scene, YM Shoulder -Minimal- will not hit the thighs. Therefore, it would be less stressful than a sacoche, and it is able to make the foot area more comfortable.
